Even though the federally mandated deadline has been pushed back to June 12th, WNDU plans to cease analog broadcasting on February 16th at 11:59pm. Viewers who are equipped to receive our digital signal on 16.1 will not see an interruption in service.

But if you want to watch on your analog TV over the air with an antenna, you will need a converter box. Cable and satellite dish subscribers should not be affected because your provider should be using our digital signal. To learn how you can keep receiving free TV, click here

If you are having trouble receiving our digital signal, please check the following items. If you're still having trouble, click the link at the bottom of this page.

  1. Make sure you're tuned to 16.1, if your TV or converter box doesn't show 16.1, try re-scanning for digital channels.
  2. Double check how your converter is hooked up. If it's being run through a VCR or other device, try connecting it straight to the TV.
  3. Try moving the antenna to different positions; sometimes people or other objects can interfere with a signal. (You may require an outdoor roof-top antenna.)
