Nearly a million locks meant to keep your child safe are under recall because they may not work.

It turns out the "Safety First Push 'N Snap Cabinet Locks" can be opened by children as young as nine months.

Importer "Dorel Juvenile Group" has 200 reports of locks which failed.

In three cases, children swallowed cleaning fluid and needed emergency treatment.
