A crib recall has been issued after at least two infants have suffocated.
The CPSC says Simplicity Incorporated is voluntarily recalling approximately one million drop-side style cribs.
The side that drops down can detach from the crib, leaving a gap into which small children can become stuck and suffocate.
The cribs were made in China and sold in major U.S. retailers from January 1998 through the present day.
