Recent renovations have allowed Mishawaka's Digital Video Theater to create and put on two new laser light show performances.

The theater pitched a 30-year-old projector and replaced it with two digital ones.

In addition, the old dome, sound system, lighting system, seats and carpet also saw improvements.

From now until Mar. 23, the theater has shows that run every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The first show starts at 6:30 p.m. and features songs from the Beatles. The second begins at 8:00 p.m. and pays tribute to bands from teh 1980's like Journey and Aerosmith.

Tickets to any of the shows can be purchased before the show or by calling (574) 258-9569. Each show typically runs about 45 minutes.

The Digital Video Theater is located in Mishawaka and is connected to Bittersweet Elementary School.
