As it starts to get colder, the need becomes greater for guests at South Bend's Center for the Homeless.
The community got in the giving spirit, to help them out Saturday morning for the Center for the Homeless "Stuff-A-Bus" drive.
Folks stopped by the Martins on Ironwood bringing non-perishable food, toiletries, and other necessities.
Center volunteers say more people need a place to stay and food to eat during the winter months, especially with the weather amnesty program offering more beds.
This was the "Stuff-A-Bus" drive’s 15th year
