Hey all... An incredible day to say the least. Osama Bin Laden has been found and killed - ending a decade (technically two) of terror, death, and hatred. Our U.S. military needs to be held to the highest regards - especially the Navy Seals. Whether you support or hate the fighting in the middle east supporting our troops is a must if you're an American. I was in the newsroom around 10:00 p.m. when I heard an NBC news break come across the NBC scanner near the assignment desk. We knew it was important - very important. I began facebooking and keeping viewers updated up-to-the-minute with what we were being told from NBC. I knew the 11 p.m. newscast (which actually began at midnight) would be a memorable one - it was for all journalists last night. The news coverage of Bin Laden's death will continue for quite a while - as did his terror reign over the United States and the world. As a journalist I can't really say what I think of Bin Laden and the fact we caught him - obviously an amazing day for America. But I will say it was a job well done and this scum (easy, Joel) who killed so many people will now rot at the bottom of the ocean. Our nightmare is over and we should all be extremely proud to be Americans. God bless America. JS

For those of you who think Bin Laden is dead...think again! He is NOT dead and the fact that they "buried his body at sea" is clear proof. They had to dispose of the "body" in some manner that could not allow the public to PROVE it was him through DNA. So they disposed of the body at sea and now there's no way that proof can ever be had. Someone so infamous as Bin Laden should have had every single proof marker that it actually WAS him that was possibletpo clear the minds of Americans of doubt. Yet they quickly "buried him at sea." This is one more item that leads us to believe that the entire 9-11 thing was an inside job. The main one was that although the two towers should have had tens of thousands of people IN them working on the day they fell...only three thousand people were in them...you mean to tell me that the two tallest buildings in America only had three thousand people working in them on that day? Bull crap.

Bin Laden is NOT dead people. The whole twin towers thing was a financial scam by individuals. What government would choose to bury Bin Laden in the ocean where it would be impossible to PROVE it was him through DNA testing? a LYING government that had something to hide.

After reading these posts I find that many have bitten the apple of government deception. Osama Bin Laden died in 2003. The Pakistan Prime Minister stated this in that year. Michael Schuere (the head of the CIA Bin Laden Unit) has just written a book about the 10 (count them) 10 times we had him and let him go. Why? And now the tail wags the dog...Wake up from your slumber America.

Some of us are wide awake and spreading the word. Liberty is rising and the sheeple are beginning to see through the charade. The war on terror is being used to take our liberties and have the TSA goons sticking theirs hands down our pants breaking our will. Now is the time for all lovers of liberty to come together and stamp out the tyranny that our founders warned us about. Ron Paul 2012 *end the federal reserve* *end the wars* *restore America* *Discover the spirit of 1776*

Actually, Hitler died on April 30, 1945. Bin Laden died on May 2, 2011 in the early morning hours Pakistan time. Taking into account the time zone differences American's heard the news of both deaths on the same day, May 1st. But, the two do not share the same date of death.

This will give us some closure(and vengeance) for 9-11 but let us not forget "the price of freedom is eternal vigilance." That includes all threats, foreign and domestic. We can't let another bin Laden make us strike out like a blind giant again!
