Hey all...

By now you must be living under a rock to not have heard about this pregnant "man."  Thomas Beatie was born female but has always thought of himself as a man trapped in a woman's body.  With that said, "he" began taking hormones, began to grow facial hair, and had "his" breasts removed - which "he" says was the most "freeing day of my life."

Thoughts?

He is legally a man now.  It says on this passport, driver's license, etc.  "He married a five years ago ago twice now Thomas hads put "his" still-in-tact female reproductive organs to good use and became pregnant through a donor father.  Thomas and "his" wife (who's not able to have children) had the baby a few months ago.  Now Thomas is pregnant again (* pick your jaw up off your computer desk *).

From most external indications Thomas is a man.  "He" has a beard and muscles - and a voice like Michael Jackson.  The press has been salivating over this story.  In the past couple weeks since the announcement of "his" pregnancy Thomas has been everywhere including Larry King, Good Morning America, and even a sit down 20/20 exclusive with Barbra Wawa.

What are your thoughts on this whole thing?  Do you think "he" is now a man since he's legally declared one and looks like one?  This story is quite a talker.

    Just how powerful is the devil that he can convince some that they aren't a woman but are a 'man trapped in a womans body'. Or vice versa. When you're confused about whether you're a man or woman,you got some SERIOUS issues,folks,and not good ones. Better to go see a shrink and get your head back on straight then to pull the stunt this character did.

    So sad, I wish people stop all the pc and start calling it like it is. This crazy woman got her boobs cut off and now is pregnant again. THat's is all it is. No matter how hard she tries, not just because she says she is a man, it makes her a man. Specially not after having preserve by choice her reproductive organs and having giving birth. She has maternal instincts that is why she is pregnant and will always be a woman. The only victims of all this circus are those poor kids.. what a freak

    Wow where were men having the kids when i had my 4?? that would have saved me a lot of stretch marks and c sections! Not to mention the weight gain!

    This is just gross! He has women parts, it really is not a man giving birth. A true man can not have kids. He is just doing this for the money. Look at all the attention he/she gets from this.

    What is the phrase...if it quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck??!!!??? She (or "he" as preferred) has intact reproductive parts and uses them; hence, it's a woman who had her breasts removed and takes hormones...that's all to it!

    Its been taking me and my husband a yr to get pregnant. We FINALLY are. Messed up if you wanna be a man you shouldnt have kids; but sweet hes willing to do that for his wife; since obviously he didnt want to; since he took all that time and money to becoming a man he she it lol. But hey if my husband could have the kid instead of me id be all for it lol.
