Hey all...

Super Chef Tyler Florence will be on '16 Saturday Morning' THIS Saturday, June 28 around 9:15 a.m.  We'll be chatting about some great ways to spice up your backyard grilling this summer.  Like I mentioned before, I have no idea how to grill though love to try.  I'm an OK cook but usually burn things - it's the thought that counts.  I figured if anyone knows about grilling it's Tyler so it should be interesting to see what he has to offer.

Anyone catch the Daytime Emmy Awards?  Me neither.  The ratings are always HORRIBLE for that awards show (and award shows in general are struggling to stay on the air).  Regis received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" and (no surprise here) Ellen DeGeneres won for "Favorite Talk Show Host."  Oprah didn't win because, well, she doesn't submit herself in the running.  She already rules the world and owns a few countries so she doesn't need another award...it's just more for Gayle to polish. 

I was surprised to see Tyra Banks win for "Best Talk Show - Informative" and Rachel Ray won for "Best Talk Show - Entertainment."  Rumor is Tyra may soon be the new Oprah - except taller.  I've interviewed her many times and even rode a roller coaster with her at Disneyland.  Let's just say if you meet her, let her have her way.   Paging Naomi Campbell...
