Hey all...
Hope it was a fantastic Mother's Day weekend. I went home to see my parents near Holland, Michigan. Yes, the world famous tulip Time Festival was going on but that's just too many people and Joel doesn't like massive crowds just to see a parade. The weather was nice on Saturday and cruddy on Sunday but what can you do?
Last night was a busy night of television watching. I must say that Monday nights are the BEST of TV. It's tough for me though because at 8 p.m. I am torn between "Intervention, " "Little People Big World," "Deadliest Catch," or "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern." I know, I know, I need a life but when you don't have a DVR or Tivo you get by with what you have. I tape one thing and watch the other (then wake up the next morning tired and with bloodshot eyes). Paging Lindsey Lohan.
Have you noticed the massive house the Roloff's are building on "Little People Big World?" It's like a castle. With 2 of their sons off to college in a couple years, why do they need a house like that? Good grief? I guess when you own a very successful pumpkin farm and TLC pays you $400K every season to do the show then you'll have enough to buy a house that size.
** MISHAWAKA RELAY FOR LIFE IS THIS WEEKEND (Friday and Saturday). This Friday night you can see me get dunked in a tank (all for charity of course). From 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. I will be at Mishawaka High School in the dunk tank. Come on by and let's raise some money for the American Cancer Society! it's a fun event, thousands of people participate, and everyone has a blast. Hate my blog or my stories? Now is the time to vent, pay a couple bucks, and dunk me in the tank. :)
It's not good to bottle up frustrations.
Have a great day...
