As Seen on TV: The Handy Switch

How many times have you gotten into bed and realized that you forgot to turn off the lamp on the other side of the room?

How would you like to have a light switch right next to your bed? Well, now you can with the Handy Switch.

The Handy Switch is comprised of two devices: the sender unit that has the switch, and the receiver unit where the lamp is plugged in.

The Handy Switch is easy to install. You just unplug your lamp and plug in the receiver unit. There is a glow-in-the-dark light on the receiver that you can see in the dark. You then plug your lamp into the plug on the receiver.

After making sure that the lamp is turned on, the switch is ready to use.

The sender unit, with the switch, comes with a bracket that you can mount with two-way tape or it comes with screws that you can use to more permanently install the bracket. Once the bracket is installed, you just pop in the switch.

The manufacturer says that the handy switch will work from as far away as sixty feet. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to keep one of the switches in your car so you can turn on a light inside before even entering the house.

So, if you’re looking for an easier way to turn on your lamp, you’ll “flip” over the Handy Switch, which is getting a big thumbs up.
