This season Notre Dame Stadium will be offering more than just typical hot dogs and burgers.
The university has teamed up this year with Centerplate for it's new line of concessions.
Remodeling of the main concession area on the concourse is only days old, now a much bigger area with chefs brought in from all over the country to contribute to the year of planning that went into this partnership.
Centerplate had a soft opening this week where stadium and university employees could sample some of the new food.
More and more college stadiums are now joining in with gourmet dining options, thanks to the pros.
Chef Kip showed NewsCenter 16's Joel Schipper some of what's to come. Carving kiosks will be set up around the concourse, each stadium taking advantage of it's hometown location.
Some of the new menu items will include legendary poppers, made of corned beef, cheese and sour kraut with a spicy dipping sauce.
Another option to try, a turkey sandwich with a peppered mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
If you're craving a burger, try the half pounder topped with mashed potatoes and caramelized grilled onions.
If it's nachos you love while watching a game, try the Irish nachos. The nachos consist of home-made kettle chips with corned beef, sour-kraut, thousand island sauce and green onions
Fans can wash it down with whatever you put in the new collector's edition hologram cup.
The stadium will also be offering both prime rib and pot roast sandwiches, noodles with vegetables, and much more.
