St. Joseph County residents to receive health surveys
St. Joseph County, Ind. Starting this week, hundreds of St. Joseph County residents will be getting phone calls asking them to participate in a health survey.

Starting this week, hundreds of St. Joseph County residents will be getting phone calls asking them to participate in a health survey.
The County Health Department and Memorial Hospital are hoping to get a better idea of the key health issues in the community.
Margot DeMont, Executive Director of Community Health from Memorial Hospital joined Tricia Sloma on 16 Morning News to talk about the surveys.
