By now, you've spent hours shopping this holiday season in order to find the perfect gift for your loved ones. And after all the shopping comes a whole lot of wrapping of these gifts.

Ericka Popovich, with the Elkhart Enviromental Center, has some creative ideas on how to make your own gift bags or wrapping paper that won't cost you a lot and are eco-friendly.

She suggests using things like old Christmas cards to add decorations to plain bags. Another idea, use old containers. like those you buy premade salads in, as gift boxes.
