After more than a year, the Potawatomi Conservatories is ready to debut their million dollar renovation.
The City of South Bend has spent $1.2 million renovating the conservatories which have been a part of South Bend since the 1960s.
Demolition over the last year made room for a new parking lot and entry way, as well as a more efficient heating system and brand new flooring.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg will be on hand Friday evening for the ribbon cutting at 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited to check out the progress for free.
