South Bend leaders will gather on the steps of the St. Joseph County Courthouse with Mayor Pete Buttigieg to raise awareness about the wage gap between men and women.

On Tuesday at noon the local community is invited to attend the event and wear red as a symbol of how far women and minorities are "in the red" with their pay.
