The lack of rain is starting to have an effect on lawns and gardens all over the area.

Many lawns are turning brown, and that may put pressure on your water bill.

Joel Schipper visited Linton's Enchanted Gardens on 16 Morning News Thursday. Mark Linton shared important information about combating brown grass and what plants are good for the yard when water can be scarce.
