When it comes to getting a job, first impressions can make or break an interview. A national women's clothing retailer is trying to give women the self-esteem to look their best with the help of a free outfit.

Dress Barn is partnering for its 10th year with Dress for Success in its nationwide "Send One Suit Weekend" donation drive.

The companies are hoping to provide unemployed women professional clothing that will give them self-esteem when walking into a job interview.

The donation drive runs from March 1st to March 4th. When donating, customers will get a 15% off coupon to use at Dress Barn, along with tax credit for donating.

Dress Barns around Michiana are accepting items including new and gently worn suits, dress shirts, skirts, pants, shoes, belts, blouses and blazers.

"Send One Suit Weekend" has helped more than 125,000 women during its 10 years.

There are two Dress Barn locations in Michiana. They are located at Erskine Village on Ireland Road in South Bend and at University Crossing on University Drive in Granger.
