Ten years ago, tragedy struck Marian High School when senior Eric Henry was killed.

In 2002, Eric made a promise to "try to be more giving". He put together several bags to give to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, but that night died in a car accident.

His memory lives on through an annual food and clothing drive organized by his mom and the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Joseph County. Area businesses will be collecting items.

This year the event is being held from February 2nd to April 30th.
